1. Description, Conditions and Limitations of Services

Synnova Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") provides services for ordering on website and product delivery (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") to individual customers, juristic persons, and entrepreneurs.

This service is available in limited area and the Company has the right to refuse service to customers outside the service area.

The product prices indicated on the website are approximate only. Conditions for using reward points: Every 1,000 baht purchase will receive 100 collected point, 100 point is worth 5 baht.

How to use the reward points: After placing an order and selecting all the products, go to the shopping cart page in the order list bar. Then scroll to the reward points box and enter the points to be used and click the “apply” button. The order will be discounted immediately.

  1. Details and conditions of ordering service on the website

After the customers have ordered the products through the website successfully. A delivery receipt email will be sent out for the purpose of order acknowledgment. (This is not considered as the acceptance of the order). The Company assumes that the purchase contract will not be valid until the customers receive an order confirmation email from the Company.
