Palm sugar sauce from natural palmyra palm. Each year Palmyra palm tree has a limited harvesting period during January - June. The simmered sugar has a rich sweet taste and medium to dark brown color. It can be applied to make a variety of drinks such as coffee, milk tea, Thai tea, chocolate, fresh milk, or perfectly used as a topping for bakery and ice-cream. The sauce is free from high fructose corn syrup (HFCS), and manufactured under processes that meet GMP and HACCP standards.
